What we collect and why

We collect personal information only when you provide it directly, including through:

  • Enquiry form: name, business, email, phone (optional), website (optional), project description, and selected preferences. Used to respond to your enquiry and scope potential work.
  • Newsletter signup: email address. Used to send our occasional newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Direct email: whatever you include in an email to us.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial data, or health information.

Analytics

If enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the site. Google may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and pages visited. We do not use advertising personalization or behavioral profiling through this site.

Third-party processors

We may use third-party services to deliver email, store lead information, or send our newsletter. These providers are selected for their privacy commitments and data security. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and scope work, and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. Inactive enquiries are deleted periodically. Newsletter subscribers are removed upon unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use HTTPS, secure hosting, and appropriate access controls. No security measure is perfect, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

We comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA and relevant BC requirements.
